Our Rental Management Team
1. Billy Yu, B.Sc. - Managing Broker
Mr. Yu is the managing broker of Magsen Realty Inc. with 20 years of working experience in rental management. He is a volunteer of S.U.C.C.E.S.S. giving seminars on Residential Tenancy Act, renting properties, selling and buying real estate properties periodically. He is frequently invited by Fairchild Radio (FM96.1) Vancouver as guest in their live program to talk about various real estate issues. He is also a frequent guest in the Live TV show on Talentvision discussing topics on real estate. He speaks fluent English, Mandarin, and Cantonese.
2. Francis Li, M.B.A. - Associate Broker
Mr. Francis Li has been a licensed strata manager and property manager in the Greater Vancouver for almost ten years, managing residential, commercial, sectioned strata, as well as shopping malls.
Mr. Li’s prior experience includes years of working as an accountant with a major bank in Hong Kong. He also possesses a degree in business administration, and has obtained the four licenses offered by the Real Estate Council of BC, namely, Strata Management, Rental Management, Trading Service, and Brokerage.
3. Eric Tseng, - Rental Manager
Mr. Tseng is a licensed rental property manager with diploma in telecommunication. He speaks fluent English and Mandarin.
4. Rental Management Staff
Our rental management staff consists of our management secretary Ms. Stella Chan and management assistant Mr. Leo Wong, both helping the managers in correspondence with the landlords, tenants, contractors, and related institutes.
5. Accounting Department
Our Accountant Mr. Aaron Jiang and his staff will help process account receivables and account payables, and provide accurate income and expense statements to individual property owners monthly and yearly.
